Blastex - Bead Blasted, Textured Stainless Steel Sheets
Our Blastex textured stainless steel sheet finishes are produced by a controlled bead blasting process on sheet and coil metals to produce a range of matte finishes with varying coarsenesses.
The Blastex textured sheets can be cross-finished in conjunction with our Patterned and Colourex ranges, making them perfect for use in hundreds of applications both indoors and outdoors.
Reliable and Consistent
The Blastex finish creates a unique light diffusing effect whilst also leaving a smooth, matt finish visible on the products surface.
Most other bead blasted products are peen components rather than sheet materials, by comparison, our Blastex finishes are more reliably consistent and are of a higher quality to those offered by most competitors.

Important ordering information for Blastex finished products:
General: Due to the nature of Blastex textured stainless steel sheets, the products may rarely be supplied with minor defects which are present in the raw material.
Metals Used: 304 Stainless Steel. Other metals can be manufactured on request.
Cross Finishing: Blastex finishes can be produced on our Patterned and Colourex stainless steel sheets.
Dimensions: Standard widths are 1250mm with other widths available on request. The Blastex textured finishes can be produced on thicker materials but the visual experience and consistency of the texture tends to deteriorate when produced on material thicker than 2mm
